We tried Dough Forge tonight for the first time. The ingredients were sooooo fresh!!! We ordered escargot and meatballs as an appetizer. The escargot we consumed before I could snap a photo. The garlic, butter and cheese was just knocking our socks off. The meatballs were tender and flavorful. The sauce was clearly fresh. We highly recommend both!! Our entrees were Penne Ala Vodka, margarita pizza and stuffed grouper. The vodka sauce I added spicy sausage (which I learned is a homemade local recipe) and was chefs kiss. Two of us shared it and still have leftovers . The pizza was HUGE and enough for 4, so we have left overs. The dough was definitely memorable. The grouper I didn't try, but my husband said it was excellent. I definitely recommend trying this spot if you haven't yet. read more
