Burgers were amazing, very rich and well seasoned wagyu patties. You can tell the meat is very high quality. It was cooked perfectly and had a nice crisp to it, in between a regular burger and a smashed burger. The additions to both burgers all went well together. The shiso flame has a nice heat to it without being overpowering. The wasabi was nicely balanced but every once in awhile it kicks you in the nose which I enjoyed. The Kyo chips are also really tasty and well seasoned. Even tho there was a line when we went, the staff managed it well and got thru everyone in good time. I really appreciated that they didn't overwhelm themselves and take too many orders at one time just to clear the line. They took 3 orders at one time, then focused on finishing those before taking more.
