This horse sh*t company sent a kid out to remove our toilet to scope the sewer line because the people buying our house wanted it checked out during the inspection. When the kid was done he mentioned to me "I broke one of the bolts off so you will have to replace it yourself." I said you're supposed to do that and he told me: "Nope. We don't carry any bolts." I ran down stairs to the bathroom to see what kind of mess he left me and there to my amazement is the toilet sitting on the tile, the tank lid on the sink, bathroom rugs piled in a corner and the opening where the toilet sits wide open with the old wax ring still around the opening!! He also washed his filthy hands in our sink and didn't bother to clean it up! I ran upstairs, but he was already gone. Now, I didn't request this service to be done, the buyer of our house did but they expected ME to buy new bolts, wax ring and reseat it myself!!! I WAS LIVID!! This is THE WORST OUTFIT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! They tore apart our bathroom and then left it that way for me to fix and clean up! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY! They expected a 69 year old man to clean up and reseat the damn toilet himself, after THEY took it off!! If I could leave pictures of the freaking mess, I would. I still cannot believe that they did this and then just walked away! Oh and by the way, they wanted me to sign a WAIVER because they re NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THEY MIGHT INFLICT! I just sit here in amazement that a company like this exists!! UPDATE: I JUST TALKED TO JOE, THE OWNER OF DRAIN BUSTERS AND HE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE UNDERSTANDING!! HE SYMPATHIZED WITH WHAT WE WENT THROUGH AND SAID HE WILL RETRAIN WHOEVER WAS OUT HERE. I WOULD USE DRAIN BUSTERS AGAIN, JUST BECAUSE HE LISTENED TO ME AND DID NOT MAKE ANY EXCUSES.
