DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE!!! I'm a senior citizen and I called for plugged sewer line Reasons why: 1. Send a person that knows nothing about plumbing. He told the customer that there are 2 sewer lines coming into the house, which everyone knows is untrue 2. Spend 3 hours and could not fix the problem 3. Damaged 3 steps hauling equipment in and out 4. Come back at a later time with 2 plumbers and charged overtime for both without understanding that it wasn't an emergency as I was out of town 5. One plumber was only there for 2 hours but charged for 3 hours. (proof on my doorbell camera) 6. Called to complain about the bill and service and they just hung up the phone If this is how they treat customers I would highly recommend not using this company read more
