UNRESPONSIVE - Kevin nevers answers email and if you get him on the phone it's always the same story - items are on their way and we will call you. I have been trying to obtain my "replacement" items (i.e. stove cabinet drawer hinges, laundry room hanging rod - which is on my original Order List from 2021) for MONTHS. Two weeks ago, he stated that UPS was delayed due to the hurricane, before that he was out sick, before that he would "research it", and two months before that "he didn't receive my messages". I am still awaiting a deco panel that was supposedly ordered over two months ago. Also, we are not impressed with the craftsmanship of KraftMaid Vantage. We prefer our Diamond Cabinets and NEVER had a problem with ProSource. Lynn is very nice and can only do so much....... read more
