Horrible experience. Used this company for a few years. Last two times have been dreadful. This time they were out to wash windows, house and roof. NONE of my windows are clean. After they left I called and emailed. They came back and redid one window...Actually looks worse. I sent an email asking that they send someone other than the gentleman who was out cleaning. I wanted another partner/owner to see this work. He wouldnt send anyone else. I sent pics of the windows, pics of the debris on the roof, pics of my dirty logs. (Log home and you can see all the dust on several of the walls. Excuses for everything. I paid $1,300 and did not get AT ALL what I paid for. Wrote a ck. Called my bank and the ck was cashed MINUTES after I called them to ask them to come back due to being dissatisfied. read more
