Please do not ever trust this business. The owner refused to reimburse me for destroying a new blanket, two blazers, pair or dress pants and a tie, that they got dog hair all over. She yelled and over talked me constantly and had my items for 5 months trying to get dog hair out of them. I was more than patient and she was very rude to me. Take my advice and use COMET next door. Her staff at the front desk is really nice but she is a WIT-CH! Her service is lacking and she failed on her own accord. The value of her services stink! The way the owner yelled at me was appalling and very unstable. She should be shut down. Time to call the health department. read more
