They installed a subwoofer and a amp. When I picked it up I noticed they mounted the amp under the drivers seat. When I positioned the automatic seat back and fourth the amp became lodged and almost ripped out. I pointed it out to the installer and he asked if I would be repositioning the seat often. I said yes my wife drives the truck and I would like the freedom to move my seat around. So they mounted it to in the top of the seat and assured me it was fine. Couple months later the amp fell down and broke the rca cables. Now my airbag light is on also which when I google it it mentions cables could be lose or damaged under the driver side seat. I returned the vehicle for them to fix. They reran the wires and amp to the back seat lodge between the subwoofer and the wall. When you shut the seat it is completely obvious the rca cables get smashed into the wall. One week later I returned with a-broken cable that they deny was from there installation. I went into there shop again to show him the amp and how I believe the rca head was bent. I opened the seat and pulled out the only working one and it was broken also. He immediately said you just broke that not us. I could not believe my ears that he said it was not broken and I just did that. When are kept showing him that I am not paying for the cables to be installed again for them to break he told me to get out of his shop and he is done with the vehicle.
