We had a wonderful experience at Dumpling Time in Windsor! The restaurant has a warm, relaxing, and homey atmosphere that makes it a great spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends. We definitely got a little carried away and over-ordered, but every dish was worth it! The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel welcome from start to finish.
