Customer Service: They were respectful, but just a bit unfriendly and served you with a poker face. The wait time was excruciatingly long though... I ordered 3 meals of food and they brought it out all at the same time after 40 minutes. It'd be probably better if they just brought the food out in intervals so the customers don't have to sit there with absolutely nothing to do. In a restaurant where meals are more individual, I do understand. But when it comes to dumplings, it's all about sharing.
Food: Their menu had a wide variety of different authentic Chinese dishes from dumplings to noodles. I ordered Xiao Long Bao, Pan-Fried Pot Stickers, and Beef Noodle Soup w/ Thick Noodles.
The Xiao Long Bao was pretty good, but nothing too out of this world since Xiao Long Bao is typically amazing wherever you go anyway. However, it's supposed to be filled with this delicious soup on the inside, but when the dumplings arrived the wraps were already broken and juices leaked out :(
The Pan-Fried Pot Stickers were delicious! The wraps tasted freshly made and fried, absolutely amazing and went well with vinegar and soy sauce.
The Thick-Noodle Beef Soup however.... was not good at all. The beef was rough and difficult to chew through and there was a huge chunk of fat still attached (picture included). The noodles were soggy and falling apart in my mouth. After a few bites I had enough.

Overall, I would come here again. The food for the most part is really good and for an incredible value too. 3 entire meals all for just a little over 25 dollars. Not bad if I do say so myself!
1 star off for the long wait and below-average customer service.
Another star off for the inedible Beef Soup. read more
