I'm rounding my rating to 4 stars as I'd like to give them 3.5! The stars mostly go for the pricing and quality of product at Dunkin! I'm a big fan of their avocado toast for $3.99. It's a perfect size and can be good for a lunch meal. I'm also liking their chais and matcha lattes all hot of course bc it's been a very cold winter here! The service in my opinion can be worked on a bit. The staff seem to be in a not-so-cheerful mood like the kind of cheerfulness at a Starbucks. I understand they can be stressed and overwhelmed when it gets busy but it shouldn't be a reason to take it out on the customers. Also, using the app can be a difficulty as the staff does not seem to know how to apply it to the transaction giving you the reward you want to use. By far, in the Sacramento area, this location prob is the better one. Hopefully they open more as of right now, there's only I think 3 in this county. I'm hopeful that their customer service will improve- that their manager will be supportive and model positivity and enthusiasm towards their guests and customers. read more
