I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes and asked for a medium iced French vanilla swirl latte, 2 liquid sugar, and whipped cream. I double checked at the window to make sure they got the French vanilla swirl and I was told yes, got my latte and it was totally wrong. No whipped cream or French vanilla. They made me a new one and it was still wrong, made the same as the first one. The time was 5:10 when they took the order and we didn't leave the drive thru until 5:44. read more
