I ordered off of DoorDash from this location this morning. Two large vanilla iced coffees, 5 creams and a shot of espresso. It was taking awhile but I figured it was just a little busy until my dasher called me. He stated they were refusing to make the second coffee because someone with the same name as me had did a mobile walk in order. He told the manager that I only completed the DoorDash order and I actually spoke to her myself. I let her know I only did the DoorDash order and even went thru my order history with her ensuring her I did not place a mobile order only via DoorDash. I explained my order twice. I thought all was settled until my dasher arrived with one coffee, totally different than what I had ordered and the name was spelled differently than my own. I called dunkin to let them know I still received the incorrect order. I was going to let it go until and just get the refund via DoorDash when I was met with "at least I sent you something" after contacting DoorDash they had dunkin remake the correct order for me but that was a lot of hassle on myself and the drivers when everyone had receipts of what the true order was to begin with. read more
