They're new charli remix cold foam is amazing. I understand it's not easy dealing with order after order; but I always ask for extra foam and I would pay extra for it and they never add extra foam for me. Also there's supposed to be cinnamon on top- they NEVER add it on and the cold foam dissolves within two, three sips. I also got hash browns that were hard as a rock. How they find that acceptable to sell? You literally have to ask for the hash browns fresh. Morning shift people are usually really pleasant.. Idk. Do better please! read more
