On 7/9/2023 after traveling and being on the road for 3 days, we made a needed break at D&D in McClenny, FL off the interstate. We had to order from the kiosk as they weren't taking orders at the register. After waiting about 10 minutes, it was time to make our order and we were told they were out of cream, (that has never happened in my 30+ years of going to D&D). We said we wanted a refund. We were spoken down to like a naughty child that they had a list of stuff they were out of on the kiosk. There is a list of things taped to the kiosk, but it does not mention it was a list of things they were out of, and there was no way to ask them what the list was even for. I tried showing the list to a little squat blonde woman, and explain to them it needs to be labeled otherwise no one knows what the list is for. This person got loud and said, I ain't going to talk about this, I'm not arguing about that. I wasn't arguing, I was trying to show her that customers have no idea what this is. These people don't have to be so nasty to their customers who have no idea what their system is for being out of product, and their customers wouldn't have to order and wait 10 minutes or more to be told we are out of this or that, and the list was pretty long.
