On a quick trip to Durango we took a day to walk Main Street and ended up in the Main Mall. On the second floor we found Durango Professional Piercing and stopped in to take a look, maybe today would be the day I finally got the piercing I've been wanting. Sadly, appointments for the day were booked up but the owner still took a minute to walk us through their process, their jewelry selection and pricing (which was the best of both I'd seen so far) and offer to give me a call in case there were any cancelations. When we told him we weren't local he recommended a place in my hometown. It was just the owner and his wife - such excellent people. It's too bad we didn't get to patron them. read more
