My son and I had the privilege to have Charlie give him his test. She was extremely patient and kind to us. Even though he did not pass the first time she took the time with him to go over and explain what he needed to practice still. She was as much of a champion as I was for him. Yes she had to fail him on his test but what makes her great is that she took the time with him and was extremely kind when going about it.
