Adam Maynard gave me a quote for a tricky repair of a roof attached to a chimney of our workshop that was wrecked by a fallen tree after a storm. I threw him a curve ball when I asked for a change (after the quote), for a removable cap for the top of the semi-demolished chimney so we can have a mason finish the chimney top at a later date. No problem says Adam. Adam decided I needed metal flashing on the corner of our ancient carriage house ...no extra charge for material or labor. He's meticulous and does really nice work.
