The Easy Shop opened all of three months ago on City Road. Although it's owned by a Kurdish man, the shop actually specialises in Czech and Slovakian products, but there's a good reason for this... he's married to a woman from the Czech republic. I used to live in Prague, (or Praha as they call it in Czech Republic), which is the capital city of this small country... and very impressive it is too. I loved it there, and so walking into The Easy Shop was a little like taking a trip down memory lane. It isn't a very big shop, but is well stocked with some interesting items that you would struggle to find elsewhere on this multi-cultural street, let alone in the city of Cardiff itself. Prices are reasonable, and some of the food is well worth trying. So get your adventurous heads on and pay them a visit! read more
