I've enjoyed Edina Coffee Roasters beans at a few local coffee shops before, so I was really excited to finally visit their small roastery location. It's a lovely little shop hidden in a quiet business area. There are only a handful of tables, but I was still able to find a place to sit without much trouble. The coffee was excellent and definitely strong in the best way. The staff was super helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about coffee. Our drinks were delicious. The cappuccino had the perfect foam, and we also tried the Trifecta coffee flight, which includes a hot brew, cold brew, and an espresso. Such a fun way to experience the different flavors of their coffee. I love that they make their syrups in house and offer seasonal drinks. They had a great selection of pastries as well, including scones and gluten and dairy free muffins. read more
