After going to a different orthodontics place to get a quote (which I felt was kind of high) I decided to try out Edmonds Orthodontics. The waiting room for the office is bright and cozy. The receptionist is warm and friendly. The doctor described thoroughly my teeth and the problems occurring with my bite and angles of my teeth, more than the previous place I had been to. It felt like this doctor cared more about describing my teeth and showing me how they could be improved instead of trying to push a sale. The day I got my braces on the doctor was so fast! It took maybe an hour to adhere my brackets, place the wire and bite blocks. They gave me a cute bundle of items that have "braces friendly" foods, floss, etc. The receptionist helped organize with my dentist at another practice the best dates for me to come in to have the wires removed so my teeth could be cleaned properly. Overall a great experience! I was recommended treatment for 20 months with standard metal braces. Because I have insurance through delta dental, I was able to get around a $700 discount.
