Aesthetics are on point and the food delivers as well. I tried the breakfast poutine which was hot, fresh, well seasoned, with the right amount of chorizo gravy (with pieces of their chorizo inside- ground pork textured and not overly chorizo seasoned but enough that you know what it is), an over medium egg, and big chunks of fried chicken. They call it popcorn chicken but it's huge (with a nice light but crispy breading).
The menu is extensive. I'm always grateful for savory options at 9AM. Their Colombian drip coffee is strong enough and tastes better than a diner.
They use a beeping pager for dine in and takeout orders made at the counter so there's no confusion about when it's time to retrieve your food.
