Fantastic Mexican food alternative. So many people are not familiar with this cuisine, and used to regular tacos and quesadillas. El Canaston got it right doing garnachas and antojitos. Reminds me of the food I had in downtown Tlaxcala. They make their own masa for the tortillas, the meats are properly marinated and the portions well provided. These are more than your "regular" tacos. Tacos de canasta are fantastic but also the quesadillas, mulitas and pretty much anything else. I had chicharrón, bean and papa tacos.
