I was a little timid about this place at first, but it's a Wednesday night and the parking lot was sparse.. Glad we went in, though lightly attended. The restaurant was clean and the server was hustling serving and seating customers. As I listened and observed the other tables seemed well taken care of and I overheard they were voted best Mexican food in 2025. As we were served chips and salsa and the server took our drink orders, I looked forward to tasting both offerings. The salsa was as good as homemade and the chips were warm and crispy! I ordered the Barbacoa and my husband had Christmas cheese enchiladas . The rice and beans were great! Did I say the salsa was amazing?!?!?!
The enchiladas had good flavor, and the lamb Barbacoa was good but not like the beef Barbacoa I am use to. It was a little salty but paired with the beans and handmade corn tortillas pasan (they get a passing grade). The server was over the top gracious and attentive. Her name was Dalia!
