Mis amigos de la iglesia y yo fuimos a cenar tarde y el servicio fue impecable, como de costumbre. Me sentí muy orgullosa de que mis amigos afroamericanos quisieran probar la comida de mi país. Lo que realmente me hizo sentir esta sensación de alegre orgullo fue la calidad del servicio al cliente, la amabilidad y las hermosas sonrisas que nos brindó el personal. El personal de EL Katracho en East Freeway es MUY coherente. Nunca he sentido un atisbo de juicio, prejuicio o racismo en este establecimiento como en la locación en Federal. No estoy diciendo que tal vez uno no pueda sentir tener esos sentimientos pero definitivamente no se me ha demostrado a mi o a cualquiera que haya visitado este restaurante conmigo Afro Latinos, Afro Americanos o No Afro Latinos. TODOS los restaurantes deberían funcionar como ustedes. Por favor, siguen haciendo el increíble trabajo que hacen. Muchas gracias!!! Let me tell you, this place does not disappoint! My friends from church and I went for a late dinner and the service was impeccable as usual. I felt so proud that my African American friends wanted to experience food from my country. What really made me feel this sense of joyous pride was the quality customer service, kindness, and beautiful smiles bestowed upon us by the staff. The staff at THIS El Katracho on East Freeway are VERY consistent! I have never felt an inkling of judgement, prejudice or racism at this establishment like I've felt at the Federal location. I'm not saying that maybe one may not feel have those feelings but it's definitely not demonstrated to me or anyone that's visited this restaurant with me Afro Latinos, African Americans or Non Afro Latinos. Las señoras aquí me saludaron con una sonrisa acogedora, vestían profesionalmente y eran invitadoras. Me da vergüenza decir que a veces tengo que pensar dos veces antes de ir a un restaurante hondureño a pesar de que soy Hondureña. Es más por la actitud negativa que muchas veces me han dado las muchachas que trabajan en los restaurantes pero aquí no es así. If you're looking for a restaurant with excellent customer service and delicious Honduran food then you need to come to El Katracho's Restaurant NEW location! The ladies here greeted me with a welcoming smile, dressed professionally and were inviting. It gives me shame to say that sometimes I have to think twice before going to a Honduran restaurant even though I am Honduran. It's only because the negative attitude that I get from the ladies at the restaurant but not here. Quality customer service is necessary for the success and sustainability of a business.
