*** fresh ingredients Mexican restaurant ***
While I can definitely vouch for this Mexican restaurant to have fresh ingredients, I was sorely disappointed in my chicken flautas ($13.93) from 12.27.2024.
They were so crispy - on the verge of being burnt! Hardly any of the chicken was truly edible.
This restaurant does something that many Mexican women I know in this area does... They use leftovers like various vegetables and sliced up hotdog weenies in their beans and rice. I'm not exactly a fan.
I'm all for not wasting food, but I really just don't like that slices of hot dogs in my Mexican food. I picked them all out and tossed them to my dog's jowls. Lol.
I placed an order through the From the Restaurant app. The fees were a bit higher through Menu Star.
The hostess didn't ask me if I wanted salsa as she did the other takeout guest I saw walk in after me and I forgot to ask, dammit.
Will try again another day.
