They updated the waiting systems. Instead of 1 line waiting for both area, they created 2 lines, which made it even more unfair. This location is at the parking lot of a mall, so it is busy. I sense that a lot of the drivers could be more emotional. I have seen people arguing because of they got cut in line. Highly recommending the waiting system can be more fair and organized. read more
