Very insulting - I went to trade in a Apple 2tb Time Capsule and a Arris sb6151 cable modem, they offered me $11 for both REALLY$11 !!!!! I understand that a business has to make a profit too I do, but $11 really...... never again. If you have anything to trade in just sell it online, don't waste your time or gas with these people.
