Parking is easy to find with plenty of spaces available in the parking structure right in front. This bakery offers a variety of Asian baked goods and cakes, but I've noticed that the selection can be quite limited if you come later in the day. I visited on a Tuesday evening, and there were only a few items left. In the past, I used to frequent this place more often, but recently, I feel that the quality isn't quite the same as it used to be. The interior also feels a bit worn. Price-wise, it's reasonable but not the cheapest. For example, pineapple buns are $2.10, and red bean breads are $2. Their pork floss breads seem to be popular-- there was only one left when I arrived. The portions aren't large, but they're decently sized for what you pay. One thing to note is that they only accept cash or Zelle for payments, so be sure to come prepared. Overall, Ellie's Cathy Bakery is a decent local spot.
