I came back 4 days from my original visit because some of my lashes had fallen out. I asked the ladies there if it was true that refills were $5 one said yes the other said no but then they started speaking in their language and they said yes. She only replaced about 4 lashes on one eye and I was ok with that because I'm just visiting. When I went to pay I gave her a $10 and she said "Honey, next time I charge you $10 because not many fell out this time but maybe next time yes" I was going to give her a $5 tip anyway but this is a shame since their printed prices have $5 on it. Needless to say she didn't give me change back and I walked away but business like this is what makes me stop visiting them. They do a good job but I hate false advertising. There's a good vibe but too many chiefs and not enough Indians, lol. read more
