PLEASE READ! Don't waste your money at Best Buy, instead go to Emerald Computers! I was having some computer issues and when I went to Best Buy they wanted to start me with a $200 Geek Squad membership. I just wanted to ask a couple questions and be on my way. I was greeted with you need a membership to ask question's. On the opposite end is Emerald Computers, I worked with Matt and I felt taken care of. He really knows his stuff and felt like my computer was in good hands. He also explained every step and helped me have a better understanding of what's going on and tips on improving my hardware.
