The management company does nothing more than take our money. Try if you can to get a response from the current manager, Katrina, it's a lost cause. Does she get paid for doing absolutely nothing? This place is getting worse by the day. They are happy to increase rent since they get larger payout themselves from rent increases, but less and less responsiveness.
