I just had the worst experience at this nail salon. They cut up all my cuticles so badly they were bleeding -- seriously painful and totally unprofessional. The nail design was a mess, nothing like what I asked for. When I asked to have it redone by someone else, they refused and then tried to lecture me about "her feelings" as if that excuses the terrible service. Absolutely unacceptable.
