Guy at loading dock incredibly aggressive and nasty. Immediately opened my truck door before I had a moment to say please give me a second to see where would be best.(I have to be careful with weight due to spine injury and wanted tile in a spot easy to unload and travel friendly. Have been patiently waiting for the high quality tile I ordered.) Rather than give me even 30 seconds he aggressively shoved to other side of vehicle. I said please can you just give me a moment to see where to put these. He then glared at me and said fine load yourself. I asked for manager, who was polite and gave me the 15 seconds I requested.
