Congratulations on your 2024 Michellin star. However, I feel this is a 4.5/5. While the ambiance and service were stupendous, some of the dishes were odd. We had the white asparagus that was buried in parmesan cheese, and the asparagus was not visible or detectable on the palate. But most dishes were good.
