On the north side of a parking lot (west of the Herron School) is a powder coated steel (black) construct that was an award winning piece. Created by Brose Partington in 2004, the art was installed in 2008 at this location. The artist used tubular steel and circular cutouts to shape eight individual pieces into an overall piece that looks enclosed.
