First and foremost, the coffee itself is fantastic. They proudly brew Dillanos, which happens to be my absolute favorite coffee brand, so I knew I was in for a treat. My drink was perfectly brewed and expertly mixed - the coffee flavor truly shone through. The only minor point for us was the syrup. While the coffee excellent, the syrup itself wasn't quite to our personal taste. However, this is a small detail in an otherwise stellar experience. Their menu boasts all the classic flavors you'd expect, but what really caught my eye were the fun and creative seasonal options. Whoever does the menu art for them is incredibly talented. We decided to try the Rocky Road for a bit of novelty, and it was a great concept. The absolute highlight of our visit was the incredible barista. She was super friendly, genuinely welcoming, and clearly a pro at her craft. She made the experience so enjoyable, and our pup absolutely adored her! She even went above and beyond by giving him not one, but two treats, which made his day (and ours!). Enumclaw Junction is a great choice for any coffee lover, especially if you appreciate a well-made Dillanos brew and exceptional customer service. read more
