Envirogrow has failed to provide customer service and performance of service equal to the preceding five star reviews. This company has 1) repeatedly added charges to my bill that did not request. 2) added charge for services I did not receive 3) inconsistent quality of service service 4) installed mulch only to contaminated subsequently by using blowers to blow grass cricket clippings into the new mulch 5) slow to take responsibility for service errors 6) verbally insults me and my character when I called to clear up matters 7) Refuses to allow me to pay a bill in accordance with services received versus their addition of services never received.
