I've never had so many bugs in my life. They say their product attracts bugs and then kills them. Great! Now I have more bugs than I've ever seen alive and dead. They drafted my money without permission when I told them I was unhappy with their product and service. They came out to re-spray and honestly it made it worse when I called in a month later after three months of legit infestation with bugs, I've never even seen before the supervisor took it personal would not cancel the contract without charging me $350. I asked for them to waive it based on our personal experience not only did they say no but the next day Our account was canceled without my permission without a 30 day notice without confirmation they charged me even though they didn't come out and spray that month and they charge me the $350 cancellation fee. I filed a case with my bank for fraud because they have nothing confirming me canceling their service per their contract. They want to lock you in for a year regardless of how crappy their services they're gonna charge you and if you wanna cancel for any reason they're going to charge you a fee up to $450. Don't do it.
