Buyer Beware of this Establishment. I purchased on Dec 1, 2025 a Proclaimed Certifiied Pre-owned car from EOne. I told them I needed something safe because I drive with my grandaughter frequently, picking her up from school, going to dance, etc. I was assured this would be a great vehicle. It had their 6 mo warranty and the supposed 5 year service plan. This Car clearly had not passed any Certified pre-owned inspection. 2 weeks after I purchased it the power steering was making a Loud sound. I went to Oriely's and bought power steering fluid since it had a leak. It was hot so I turned on the AC. That was broken too! I immediately called Rosy. Only to have her tell me that there was no dealer warranty. What? One week later it started making a screeching noise around the driver's side tire area. I took it to Firestone, which was one of the providers on their nonexistent Service plan. Eric at firestone said that they haven't used or been a member of that service plan for at least a year. I had them do an inspection. They found the suspension to have over $4800 in repairs needed. Including 2 front tires that needed to be replaced because the wrong size tires were installed. I immediately called Eone Auto Group to find some resolution for this. I really believed they would do something to make this right, considering they risked mine and my granddaughter's life by selling an unsafe vehicle. Nope...in fact Derrick sent me an email informing me that he was cancelling my 6mo warranty (that was truly worthless anyway). because I wrote a bad review. Everything posted on their website about Certified Pre-owned, service contract and warranty is a lie. They sell cars that have not been preowned certified inspected. If you plan to buy and will have anyone you care about ride in one of their cars, please have it inspected by a licensed mechanic before purchasing. Better yet, be smarter than me and find a reliable and honest dealership. read more
