I have always loved it here, but this evening I went with some friends, had a few drinks and ordered food to go. I ordered my usual order, but ordered it to go. I got the tofu bahn mi with a side salad with the champagne poppyseed vinaigrette. I was up-charged for the berry salad because that salad has the same dressing. I asked for a correction and got a refund, but got the berry salad with cheese and candied nuts. I guess some people would like the free upgrade but I did not want cheese or nuts. I then went to eat my sandwich and it was completely charred. They were super responsive and helped correct the situation.
