Eureka in Cupertino delivered the perfect cozy date night! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with ideal weather for their outdoor seating. The service was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel effortless. We couldn't get enough of their dragon fruit mojitos--we had six between us! It's a specialty drink that's sadly being phased out, so definitely try it while you can. The cocktails were fresh, fruity, and dangerously smooth. The 28-day aged bone marrow burger was absolutely to die for--packed with bold flavor and incredibly juicy. We also ordered the poke stack appetizer, which was light, fresh, and beautifully layered, and the bison burger, which was rich, satisfying, and perfectly cooked.
