Dr. Nigam is competent and highly knowledgeable-she has had 30+ years of experience and also spent years working with acutely ill children/infants in the inpatient setting. She is quite soft-spoken and has a calm demeanor that would put any child (and parent) at ease. She genuinely cares about her patients' well-being, shows compassion, and always strives to provide the best care possible. Some patients have been under Dr. Nigam's care since they were tots and now as adults, are taking their own children to see Dr. Nigam-that is pretty amazing! She even has patients in their twenties who refuse to leave the nest and find another doctor because they love their pediatrician THAT much. As for the facility, it is always meticulously maintained, organized, and clean. The decor and toys available in the waiting room make it very kid-friendly and goodie-bags are even provided for the kids during the holidays. The office feels more like a close-knit family as there are only two medical assistant who have been there for years. They will remember your name and go the extra mile to address last-minute concerns or book that appointment you urgently need when your child gets sick. read more
