Very disappointed with Evolta Electric. A 5‑foot gouge was made in my wooden floor during pot light installation, and although it was acknowledged, no proper resolution was offered. After three weeks of back‑and‑forth, I was told to use the initial discount to cover repairs--even though their flooring expert said he could only attempt a marker colour match.
