This pop-up provided one of the best pizza experiences I've ever had in Oakland. They bring their own mobile pizza oven to really enhance the flavors. Everything we had was creative, perfectly crafted, and absolutely delicious. I still dream about the focaccia pizza. What we got: Frankie's Gunn was one of the specials--and I'm so glad I picked this one. It was unique and sumptuous. A wonderful, balanced flavor profile; a savory pizza with some sweetness from the caramelized onions and ricotta, with sesame seeds to provide a bit more complexity. Definitely try this one if it's available on the specials menu. Johnnie B Goode was a high-quality, perfectly executed, delicious pizza. The flavors epitomize what great pizza is about. Quality sausage and sauce. Fantastic crust (as you'd get with any pizza here). The focaccia pizza was phenomenal and a must-try. Piping hot and perfectly baked, with a perfect ratio of bread to toppings. The focaccia was pillowy inside and crispy outside. The staff was super friendly and clearly passionate about what they do.
