I would give less than 1 star if I could. I had my roofing job done in August 2025. The reason I did the whole roof and paid them almost $13,000 was that the ceiling below was leaking. Well, guess what? The ceiling below is still leaking. I have called them numerous times and texted them numerous times. Kelly initially told me that she was sending someone there, but no one went as the roof is still leaking. Whenever I call, the voicemail says that there is no more room to leave a message. I then sent texts and have sent pictures of the damage being caused inside the units due to the roof repair not being done properly, but no one calls me back. It's been 7 months of constant calling and asking them to come back to repair their shoddy work, and I have not even received any call backs for months now even though I've made numerous calls and have left numerous text messages. If you want shoddy workmanship, you can deal with this company. If you want a proper job done, go with anyone else. Perhaps someone off the street would do a better job of your roofing. I don't even know why this company is on Homestars as they have a very low rating and there are so many home owners who are dissatisfied with their service. I would advise anyone looking at this company for their roofing needs to run away as fast as they can as besides getting a shoddy job done, they'll get nothing else. read more
