So here's the short & sweet version of what could be an incredibly looooong review where I go into great detail about how much I loooooove Evoolution (because I really could write about them forever!) but here is goes: Evoolution's olive oils and balsamic vinegars can be used on literally every single dish in the world and makes absolutely eveyrthing you make taste like you went to the Culinary Institute. From fruits, vegetables, meats, grains, pastas, soups, even breakfast or dessert - there is a oil or a vinegar that will enhance the flavour profile. The staff is always so nice, and so helpful. And this Edmonton based store also gives back to the local YEG business scene by carrying Violet Chocolate Co chocolates, Silk Road spices/salts, Wild Prairie soaps and lotions, and all of this amounts to 5 stars over, and over, and over again.
