My TV was on the blink. I put off getting it repaired for months, thinking it would cost an arm & a leg. Then the pandemic hit, I really needed to get it fixed, I knew there would be lots of TV watching. I found Excel on Yelp in my neighbourhood, and it got really great reviews, so I messaged directly through Yelp. Terry responded promptly, and then we took it over the phone. He came and picked up the TV the very next day, and it was returned and fixed the day after that! Alot of people were saying "don't bother fixing your TV, it'll cost more than buying a new one". I am glad that I did not listen. First off, I really can't stand that people will just discard electronics the first time they stop working. It only cost $125! But obviously varies depending on the issue. He does a free quote, so totally worth checking out. Can also pick it up at no extra cost. One more thing, I had an issue the next week, I called Terry, he came & picked it up again, turns out it was my power source, but he did a diagnostic free of charge!
