I have really benefited from the strength training I have received with my trainer Demetrius. I am stronger, hurt less, and have improved my balance (I have always felt a bit clumsy). Also, my bones improved on my last scan! I am going to keep going and will be well prepared for a knee replacement this summer. Do not think you are too old to benefit from this.
