Maybe in the past they used to have good customer service but now they're terrible. Especially this woman, her attitude is terrible and I've seen her treat customers very differently based on her race. This is not okay at any establishment, yet it continues to happen. The manager is never there at the site so when there is a problem you can never get any resolution it's always you have to talk to the manager. read more
